The CG is at the mail spar of the wing, a good rule of thumb is set everything at o degrees and it will be fine.
But I had a couple of 40 telemasters and I think the engine was 2 degrees down and 2 degrees right

All the above is a good starting point, the thrust changes, only make it easier for you to fly it, but it will still fly without any down or right thrust.
So don't worry too much about it, just get the CG on the main spar, with tank empty & you'll be fine.
