UPS is very bad. Everytime I ship the pipe out by UPS. They damage my pipe average 10% rate. I'm tired fight with them for damage claim. Not only that. We catch UPS cheat us over $100 average a months if not carefull look over the statements. We call them every month and on the phone with for an hour just to fight for the overcharge. Even talk to they manager department about this issue. You know what they answer? Sorry. We try not let it happen again. [:@] UPS lost a lot of business with us.
I only use UPS to ship big box. US post office get all my small package shipping business. Is cheaper and arrive anywhere in the 48 states in 2-3 days.
Damage percent less than 0.2%.
Use post office. Shipping to canada save customers a lot of money.
