Because the engine makes the plane when you are talking about 3d aerobatics. You asked a question, you can see the answer. Trust us, the UCD46 needs a minimum of Saito 82 to run or 75 2 stroke.

That's exactly right. The 82 is bar none the perfect engine for the 46. There are lesser size engines that will "fly" it but you won't get the potential of this plane with any thing smaller or less power.
