glued in the hinges for the ailerons. They are pre-cut, but I wasn't happy with the hinge-gap, so I recessed the hinges, for a minimum hinge gap. I have never sealed a hinge gap but I am thinking about it. Anybody with experience with this? Is this necessary on this size airplane?
