the blue angel formation plane is a cool idea, it would be interesting to see how it flew. its in the shape of a delta wing, but since their seperate, i wonder if it would need to be trimmed like a delta/fling wing, or if it will trim like a normal plane.

I was wondering too how you could trim it. I would guess maybe you would have
to build each jet with a straight TE and cut the flaps on only the back two. I think
it could work.

So the X wing under power might be a different animal huh? It glides nice and the
under wing keeps it from stalling.
I finally got around to building that 40's Whatsit I posted the palns for a while back.
The tailless stager wing. Glides just like the ad said. Amazing. Would make a great
AA conversion.

Maybe that's what the X wing needs. The top wing set at 0 while setting the bottom
wing, staggered, at -2 degrees.
