Check out the shoulder wing planes that are often sold as second planes,after you trainer.The Sig Mid Star 40 comes tp mind,easy to build and a good next step up.The wing is a little lower but not on the bottom to give you a little margin for error.Most of the kit makers have a plane in this configuration.Just my 2 cents worth.
