I am flying the Rascal with a Zenoah G-23, pitts muffler, and it is a perfect combination. I may go to a G-38, for glider towing, etc. I don't have any rudder mixed in with aileron, as I just don't need it.

The only mod I would suggest is to repace the strut bolts with larger ones, as it is just too easy to strip the blind nuts.


If it is hard to land in some wind, add some weight. I have had Senior Telemasters, which floated, and could be tough in a crosswind to get down.

This plane is much much better.
