I've done a few conversions. I'm not familiar with your vehicle, but to generalize, the usual main issues are:

Motor mount - Most guys use some right angled aluminum
Battery trays - You have to fabricate some trays or try to use trays from another vehicle
Spur gear/gear ratio - Pinions for conversions are usually expensive (up to $25.00) because they are Mod1 pitch. It's best if you can find a plastic spur gear or you will eat pinions.

Best thing to do is a lot of internet searches. Someone out there has probably done the same vehicle. Get some ideas and combine them with your own.
Electric conversions are very challengeing. They can be very rewarding, but they are always expensive and potentially dissapointing.
