I'm kinda in that process now, I'd like to build a better blade sized heli one using some of the common but better parts, Super skids, brushless motor (I read on the forums somewhere that you can get a brushless motor and speed controller for under $50.00), dual motor tail, etc.

I have enough spare servos, radios, etc to start on it.
