they come already greased,
but a cleaning once in a while is welcome.

the best grease(safe on plastics) is tamiya ceramic grease.
personally , i have used vaseline .

while at it ,heat-wrap your engine with 2 liter softdrink stripes of plastic;
so that the grease wont splash the circuit board.
