under my tiger tank,
there are 9 screws under the tank to be remove,do not know how many on the pershing.

unscrew all the lower hull screws,then you can easely
split open "carfully" ,watch for the wires (easy to unweld) take pics of the wires of where they go.

then you can unsrew(3screws) the turret ring to take off the turret.
