I am still debating with myself on that issue. Awaiting for my batt packs to ccome in so I can switch out and test to see whether this problem reoccurs. But I am sometime overly curious[X(]
I know a number of people who were brave enough to open their 9Z TX up. With only a few exceptions most ended up sending their radio in to have it put back together for them. Why chance it? Especially since if you are opening it up it would be because you think you have a problem. Why not get it fixed by people who deal with them every day?
Also, I believe that the low battery FS activates at 3.8 volts, not 4.7. And I have never seen, read, or heard that the TX voltage also effected this. I do know that when the TX low voltage alarm goes off you need to land ASAP!! If not sooner!!
