I tried running Aerofly on parallels but had issues with the USB connection (the dreaded 5 to 10 sec warning!!). The rotating plane on the menu page seemed to be rotating very slowly so even if they get the USB problems sorted out I think graphics will be an issue. We will just have to see how the direct x support improves things....
