Installing the ring... Take your time...

First thing to do is to start the ring on the shank of the bevel gear USING ONLY YOUR FINGERS! Try to avoid using any tools on this gear, the trick is to get it on the gear straight. Your trying not scrape the plastic of the gear away(damage to the gear)... While installing the ring... All plastic gears are fairly easily damaged... Damaged gears will cause immediate noise and general problems throughout the geartrain...
