RE: *Christmas Crash Pic* Recognize this?
I took my Tiger 60 out to fly one day, knowing that I would have a fun day of flying. I didn't bring another plane because I was so happy with my usual reliability of my Tiger.
Well, I ended up spending about two hours fixing things. One thing led to another, which led to another... next thing you know, it was two hours later. Then I finally got the plane up in the air only to have dead stick after dead stick. I finally found a pin hole in the fuel line that I had not noticed. This plane was one that had been in my back room for six months and I just figured that I would look it over good before flying. I never did crash it because I never got to fly it enough that day to crash!!! I finally gave up and went home and spent the next day going over it replacing fuel lines (just to make sure) and doing general maintenance. I felt as though I was rebuilding the damned thing.
It did fly great on my next outing but that was about a week later.
