I'm aware that lots of folks have had no problems with shipping damage but just about everthing I've seen come from anywhere in China via EMS (PeakModel are not to blame) to NZ gets well and truly stomped along the way.

Peak are very good and stand behind their products and service 100% so they will always put-right any damage but it's just annoying because of the delays and added complication it ads to any purchase from any supplier in China.
