i have the rtr. I dont understand when you say "more then tacking the slack out"

Hold 3 wheels where they will not turn and try turning the 4th wheel. If you can turn the 4th wheel more then tacking the slack out look to see what is the last part turning. Do you have the RTR or the SS?
