If you go to the e-flite site they have a pdf of the manual. Also just my .02 cents, I am a newbie also. I just got to the point that I can hover a pack. What your experiencing is normal. I thought for sure my heli was defective. You you can take it to the lhs and have someone else fly it. That will confirm weather it's you or the heli. Once you get confirmation that the heli. is ok you will know that it's you. I had the same problem. Once you stop it from tipping it will slide to the left, once you stop that the tail will rotate. I read a post one day that put it all in perspective "One day you can't do, then the next you can't not do it" Once it clicks it will seem so easy. At least read the RADDS to get a since of how to practice. My main advice is to learn to controll the tail (keeo it pointed at you). It make a word of difference. Get it light on the skids and learn to slide it across the floor at will. Sounds crazy and not much fun but it works. Hope this helps. Keep at it.
