Yes I agree that compared to my Infinity, that weighs 3.5Kg, the Addiction at 4Kg would have a similar wing loading due to its larger area, so that weight is not unreasonable.

The only problem in the UK is that importing from Japan, or the USA, (ie non EU countries) means customs will add 17.5% VAT to the price paid, so the cost of a model or equipment can become very high.

I've read the translated pages, but it's still not clear to me what is being used to stick the silk to the airframe, or fill the weave. Perhaps it's easier to use what we know - thin epoxy and lightweight glass.
