You need to be cautious with some of the Generic kitchen screens, not all work!
If the mesh is too tight, air restriction will cause a rise in EGT. All of our screens have been tested to confirm proper airflow and minimal EGT rise. Additionally, Our new screens are purpose made FOD Screens, not converted kitchen strainers.
