Flight and edge report

Ok, first I have found a few weak areas that need beefing up. One is the landing gear. It is ply, but there is not adequate reinforcement in the front and rear. This area have simple blasa and will give. Add, some lite ply and 30 Min epoxy.

second is the fire wall. I glassed it, but the sheeting below is jig locked and needs clue and triangle stock.

The next is the CG. The recommend points are 105 to 124mm. I have to say this is very close to correct. I took my edge to the field to day to put it through extreme flight. I was CG at 140mm. This proved way too much,. I was to say the least haveing some problems and stall. There was a guy wishing to join our cub and meeting me at the field. I had a few scary momment trying a flat spin. He stated wow that was great how do you do that. I laught and told his it was out of control. Stay in the CG range, or should I say not 140mm.

I am going to the field tomorrow after I do some major changes. If I find any more info I will post.
