thanks shesha for your reply and info, but I hate over priced engine. OK, let me say That the SPE engines run very well when broke in. DAs are $600 with out muffler. Lets just say $700 ready. The SPE 65 are $340 with muffler. That is less than half for the DA. yes, I have seen both run, owned, and fly. Why shave this and add that and spend $$$$ for a DA. I just think For what when you can move thing and get the correct CG.. Do not take me wrong DA engines are great, and I see lots of pilots useing then, but I just think they are over priced for what you get, when you can get an engine for less than half with as much power. I personally think it will not be long till the price of DA, ZDZ, and 3w come way down. Why because there are to many lite and powerful cheap gassers out there.
