Here is something to try. turn the truck upside down and grab one rear tire with each hand and turn them in the opposite direction. They should turn easily without any grinding or clicking. both the front wheels and the rear wheels should do this.

If for some reason they don't spin freely don't try to make them spin. This might mean that your ring and pinion are chewed up.
