No truer words can be spoken about Don Phillips and the whole crew at Venture. I have been a loyal customer for many years now.
What really gets me is that Don knows EVERYBODY. My wife visits the shop very infrequently (near my birthday, Christmas and a few other times during the year). This did not stop Don from remembering my wifes name. He is a real people person. My 3 year old daughter loves to go to the shop, or as she puts it "lets go see Don!"

In today's world, there are all too few places that you are recognized at and even fewer that care about your family.

Don's hobby shop is the only place where you can still get all of your RC related gear, get a cup of coffee, get some good advice and meet with all of your flying buddies. This is a Saturday ritual for some guys.

I will be a loyal customer for as long as Don decides to stay in business.
