Don, Brian, Larry, Chris, Angie, Casey and everybody else are genuinely wonderful people that I truly consider my friends, having moved to Chicago only 2 years ago. I live 5 minutes away, and am in there anywhere from 4-7 days per week, and always feel welcome. Frankly, I make up excuses to just go there and hang with my friends. BJ, I know you're reading this, buddy!

I've yet to see another hobby store that is as well run, as well stocked, and with such terrific people. Not many hobby stores are run like genuine businesses, with the right blend of customer service, organization, friendliness, and attention to detail. If you've ever placed a special order, you know the sound of Angie's friendly voice calling to tell you that your order has arrived in the store, or perhaps is on backorder at the distibutor.

Darn lucky to have Venture so close by, but I'm getting too lazy. I hardly even plan my building projects ahead anymore, since I can scoot over and get whatever I need!
