You can pretty much use whatever servos for whatever. It is just a matter of which holes you want to make bigger. I typically put the heavier servos or the higher torque servos, if I have that type of a setup, on the rudder and elevator. It is all just a matter of opinion.
Those batteries from batteryspace.com are (2) two 1100mah 8.4 volts packs for $21. That is why I keep buying them, some places are $19.99 just for one. And these packs are great, good power throughout the entire flight.
There are a couple of combination chargers that seem to be ok. I like just having an entirely seperate, very nice charger for my LiPo's. They are the ones to really take care of. And the chargers that just do LiPo's are more geared towards their needs. The combo chargers have settings to switch from NiCd to NiMh to LiPo, it is all one charger. I just don't like having the possibility of human error get in the way and blow up a LiPo [:-] Yes, that Mulitplex is an example of the combo charger. I already had a NiMh charger from my RC truck days, so getting a seperate LiPo charger made sense for me.
You may want to look at these for combo's:

This is what I got just for LiPo's: It was $109.99 when I got it, looks like price went up $10.
