Check all the sheeting. I built a Ziroli Zero he cut a couple of years ago. All the cut parts were correct and fit was good, but the sheeting was rather poor quality. Most of it was a thicker on one edge, than on the other. Required a lot sanding after joining to get it smooth. 3/32" sheets were as much as a 1/64" thicker or thinner from one side to the other, or end to end. I tosssed much of it and ordered new from Lone Star.
