Actually, I'm doing OK. I put it up about 3ft and try to hold it in one place. When it gets away from me, I gently set it down and start over. I've gotten some pretty long periods of hover now. The biggest enemy...OBSTRUCTIONS. These things weren't designed to take much impact off an obstruction so I try to hover in an area as big as I can find and I think that's the secret to keeping it in one piece.
