I've found that the "Battery 1" page at RADD's http://www.dream-models.com/eco/index.html is a good way to get the thing under control.
Don't let it wander at all from the box.. When it does, shut it down, pick it up and move it back.
It's helping my outdoor flopping a lot.
Can almost get a decent hover from the DF4... wind permitting.
