Duane the heli is being pushed to the left by the blast of the tail rotor. It will have to be flown "right wing low" in order to stay in one place.
Flown, not trimmed. Sure, you can add a little trim, or even bias the mechanical setup this way, but you will still have to fly it.

That's what all those little sticks and knobs and buttons and things are for on that black box with the pretty colored lights.
