Will it draw fuel when you choke it? Put your finger over the carb. opening(plug batt. not attached) and turn the prop thru to see if there is an obstruction somewhere in the line or tank...It should pull fuel thru the line when you choke off all air! Especially w/ the needles that far open! Sounds to me like you've got a kinked fuel line, a blockage, or a split fuel line or something like that...Check all your lines, the clunk(make sure it's to the back of the tank) and maybe reverse flush the carb. Seeing as you've got the needles so far out(man) why don't you take your fuel filler line and push some fuel thru the spraybar.(take both needles out, of course) I'll get right back to you w/ the rec. setting for the idle needle, if you need it...Tom.
