It will draw fuel when choked. I pulled the tank out thinking it was some other draw problem, like the outlet not being above the carb or something. Still no go. Ill try cleaning the carb and see if that helps. Denatured alcohol for this?
and the idle needle setting would be great if it doesnt mess you up at all.
