thanks again for the help. i have read everything on your site to do with warlbro, mvvs and the forums. it obviously answered a few questions i had so sorry for that. i have stripped the carb down again, cleaned it, inspected everything and installed it as reading pages on assembly so i am positive it is all in correct order and all ruber components seemed in good condition. with the choke closed and stick forward the engine did prime which i hope is a good sign. if the choke is open it will not prime. i have not had a chance to run the engine yet as i live in appartments! cross fingers.
