I met a guy in the LHS the other day who makes his own blades for the BCP--flatties, he uses balsa stock, a planer, a bandsaw and a sanding block, the plastic bits from some old blades, and just leaves them uncovered. Must cost about a nickel apiece, and can't be any worse than EFlite flatties. Wouldn't be much harder to make symms...
