HELP SETTING UP A 46VR?

Hi All,

I am finally about to finally set up my 46VR after years seeing it sit on the shelf. I am a new RC plane pilot and have a Sig LT-40 in the air regularly.....

But, XMAS will bring the last needed components for the shelf bound 46VR. Question...I need to entertain lots of ideas before I get this project rolling and wonder if anyone would like to share set up info....upgrade info...etc.

Airframe and engine are ready......radio and gyro system coming..
