That's the MicroHeli head, the LHS had two in stock, blue or silver. No shaft mod needed, it's held on with two tiny little bitty weeee setscrews that take a 0.7 mm allen key (included, whew!) and screw up to the shaft just where the hole is. At first they were working loose every flight even with Tamiya threadlocker but they seem to have found their groove and are staying tight now. WHen they finally give up I'm going to have to come up with a better system--hence the box of paper clips.
No head button included, I made that one on the lathe, colored it with a blue Sharpie.
Note that the Bell-Hiller mixers are on the flybar control frame instead of the blade grips. It included a swashplate, but I actually think the EFlite aluminum swashplate might be better. Not enough data yet but the main bearing in the EFlite one is definitely smoother. The MH links were all very loose though, it looks like someone got really enthusiastic with the sizing tool.
It's a good product, works well, but pricey. Perhaps you might like to compare these parts, (the MH set is at the bottom of the pages):
