Roughshaped with a sanding block, and sanded to contour with a molded (Bondo) sandpaper block.
What a great idea, and easy to do too. These threads are great, I'm telling ya! Good job Tall Paul and thanks for sharing, you just cost EFlite/Horizon big bux.
