Ok so if i push the fly wheel forward it is easy to push but at some points it gets harder but then it gets easier. Sometimes i hear a popping sound when pushing it. Pulling the flywheel back is very hard to do. I cant get the glow plug wire to light up no matter what. I tried all that stuff and nothing lit up the plug.
