I got mine from Jersey Modeler, but I don't see it on their site anymore. It is basically a Fuel Dot that screws into a surface mount, so I do not have to open the hood to re-fill.

see picts. The red part is the surface mount. The filler tubing slides through it. The black part is the screw on cap/fuel dot. I like it for the Jet Luge.
