I have both the Sherline lathe and milling machine. Very good results with or for small needs. If your looking for equipment for manufacturing precision miniature components its hard to find anything close with most of the other stuff offered unless your willing to spend thousands of dollars... Machinery tolerances vary greatly.

I have access to a full machine shop and find the need to use the larger equipment rarely.
