Default nitro rustler shocks

i have a nitro rustler 2.5. what i was wondering is if i could use the INTEGY ALUMINUM M2R6 PIGGYBACK shocks. there made for the jato but i want to know if they will fit on mine? if i put diffrent shafts to compensate for the diffrence?
