If it has plastic links that snap onto plastic balls, and the links fit loosly on the balls, try this...
I did this to my Nexus to tighten a couple up, and so far it has not gotten loose again.
Remove the link from the ball, clean the ball with alcohol and dry. Carefully put one drop of CA on the ball, and then dobb the extra off the bottom with a piece of TP so it doesn't have a nipple at the bottom. When it sets up good, apply a little vasoline to the ball and link, and reinstall the link to the ball. Worked for me, and so far they have stayed nice and snug !
