that is like hpi best engine and it works great on the savage .mas torque and top end and upgradable to a 3 speed!
I reckon if properly tuned (LSN leaned out), the MT2 would be quicker off the mark and would pull better in the mid-range. But once 2nd gear kicks in, it would be history!
I've got an XSS (k4.6) - haven't yet dragged the MT2 but I think it would be reasonably close at the start!
