Hello people. A few pages back I posted that my MT2 RTR was making a strange noise and that when I went to start the car with the pull start, the car would lunge forward (the wheels were turning when I was pulling the pull start).

Well, tonight I have pulled it apart and have found the problem. My question to you guys is, what did I do wrong?

Here's the gear on the clutch bell:



I took this apart about two weeks ago just to take a look at the clutch, I probably didn't put it back properly because as you can see the gear has eaten into the clutch bell.

This is the gear: Melted!



And here's the clutch, which appears to be a-okay.



I know I've obviously done something wrong, i.e - I've put the gear back in incorrectly, but I'm not sure of how, so if any of you can enlighten me on this, it would be much appreciated.
