I think I know what you anwser is going to be

"You race on a track and do not put much thought into drag racing on the street because they are setup for the track"
Hypothetically if all of them where geared for top end speed in a straight line yes I do think my MT with the TZ in it would beat my Savage or Hyper 8. Yes I have my Savage and Hyper set up for track so they are geared fairly low. My Savage came with a 17 CB and 47 spur and I am running on the track a 16 CB 49 spur but even the Revo drivers talk about how fast it runs in the straights. Now coarse a stock Savage weights close to 12 pounds now I said stock my Savage with receive pack weights about 11 pounds. On my TZ just to keep the front end on the ground most of the time and tame it down I am running a 15 CB and 47 spur and in about 4 feet all 4 tries are ballooned from a dead stop.

I am worried about my Savage as it has 7 plus gallons of run time and is running so good! You know what they say the run best right before they blow. If I had keep records would not be surprised if it had a couple more gallons on it.
