I'll do a true maiden flight tonight. If someone is around I'll ask them to take a couple of pics. I just maidened the replacement for the orange 2 stick. Great flight, but when I was installing the stir sticks I was off by a lot, nearly 1/16". Also there was a lot more glue hair on the plane. It flew great though. I wonder if siverlit/spinmaster switched factories. Given their sense of timing a factory change causing a lack of product before christmas makes sense. We can assume that the marketing guys are second banana at spinmaster.

Tony, the leads on the red LED were of equal length. There was a red dot on the ground side. I used a 4 "aa" battery pack to verify polarity. Also, are the leads coated with solder? It appeared that way while I was assembling the rig. Tim
