When those nylon bolts do shear off, do you have to drill them out of the blind nuts? I think I'll give it a try, what could it hurt since if it saves me from having to rebuild the undercarriage.
On my Ultra Sticks I use long ones, and the grab them from inside the radio compartment with a pair of hemostats and turn them out. On the Pulse you can't get to them like that, so you just jam an Xacto knife into the bolt and use that to back them out. Lots of times they break off with enough left sticking out to get a hold of.
