they make adjustable body posts. kinda like the antenna on your radio. it moves up and down to extend. im guessing thats what they are talking about.
Are you talking about the things that come with the Rs4 3 evo nitro car? I was thinking of using those, becuase it allows you to adjust the hieght of your body, and ive a bunch laying around.
