If you have any version of PHOTOSHOP after 7.0, go to FILE> BROWSE.

All of your images will be shown to you via a good sized thumbnail unless you saved any file as a PSD. If you saved a file as a PSD (PHOTOSHOP DOCUMENT), all that will show up instead of a thumbnail image is some REALLY small text
