Default RE: BCPP problem. . . and responce to Rob

WOW! that is expensive, orlbuzz! But i bet it is worth it!

I think that i might sit out of that upgrade, i have looked at a few full alum rotar heads, but i can not decide on one. . .they are a little more then the center hub at orlbuzz's link. I am going to try some graffite and if that doesnt work then another type of grease. If both of them dont work then i will look at either that center hub or a full head.

I have checked the servos. . .they are good
I double and tripple checked the main shaft. . . it was good, BUT I SAW A THREE OR FOUR SPREAD OF STRIPPED GEARS ON THE MAIN DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. COULD THAT HAVE BEEN IT???????

anyway i am going to pick up a new mainshaft/gear and a new set of blades in the morning at the LHS. . . I might look for another type of aftermarket center hub if they have one.

OH, i think i might have the House Hold 6's (wife) approval on the new Trex 600 !!!!! I am going to shop around but i dont care for a gas heli, but i would like a large one. I'll keep the helis for the house and yard and the big planes for the field. It might be a month or so around my birthday. . . but i need to seriously practice for this thing. One of the guys i have been training at the field is an excellent heli pilot (but cant fly a plane worth crap!!!) and he offered to buddy link up with me on the TRex if i do get it.

Anyway I will report what happens with the heli
You guys are great. . . thanks a million!

p.s. i put a post in general heli discussion about what i would need for the 600. . . if you get a few check it out and give me some suggestions if you have them. . . thanks guys!
